To back up your data you need to be registered with Flo (link an email address and a password to your Flo account). This can be done in Menu > Profile (this is an additional step for Android users) > Continue. If you are registered, your data will be safely stored in our system.
To restore your profile if you switch to another device, just tap the Sign In & Restore Data button at the start, enter your email and password and you’ll see your past records.
If your email address is not recognized, it might be that you’ve been using the app anonymously. If this is the case, unfortunately, there’s no way to restore your data, and you’ll need to start from scratch and register an account: Menu > Profile (this is an additional step for Android users) > Continue.
