How can I back up my data?

To back up your data you need to be registered with Flo. This can be done in Menu ( or your avatar)  > Profile (this is an additional step for Android users) > Continue. If you are registered, your data will be safely stored in our system.

To restore your profile if you switch to another device, just tap the Log In button when you open Flo, log in using the same method you used to register your account, and you’ll see your past records.
