Reminders aren’t working on my Xiaomi device

If you have Android 8 or a newer version:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
4. Select Battery optimization.
5. Tap the downward icon and choose All apps.
6. Find Flo.
7. Choose Don't optimize.
8. After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

If you have Android 7 or 7.1:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Permissions.
3. Autostart.
4. Enable it for Flo.
5. Go back to Settings.
6. Go to Battery.
7. Manage Apps’ battery usage. 
8. Choose Apps.
9. Find Flo.
10. Select No restrictions.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

 For Android 6 and 6.1:

1. Open your phone’s settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Choose Apps.
4. Find Flo.
5. Choose No restrictions.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

For older versions:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to System apps.
3. Go to Security.
4. Go to Permissions.
5. Go to Autostart.
6. Check the box for Flo.

The path to Autostart can differ depending on the device you are using.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
