iOS
You can log sleep manually or automatically. There are three options to track sleep automatically:
- Via your Fitbit device, which you can sync with Flo — to connect Fitbit to Flo, tap Menu
> Settings > Enable Fitbit (enable it). After that, you’ll be automatically transferred to Fitbit’s website, where you’ll need to log into your Fitbit account.
- Via the Clock app — open Clock on your iPhone and set Bedtime and Alarm. Then connect Flo to the Health app in Menu
> Settings > the Health app > Connect and follow the instructions.
- Via third-party sleep tracking apps that can be synced with the Health app — first connect your sleep tracking app to the Health app, then do the same for Flo. To connect Flo to the Health app, go to Menu
> Settings > the Health app > Connect, and follow the instructions.
Android
You can log sleep manually or track it automatically. It can be tracked automatically this way:
- Via Fitbit if you have one — to connect Fitbit to Flo, tap Menu
> Settings > Enable Fitbit (enable it). After that, you’ll be automatically transferred to Fitbit’s website, where you’ll need to log into your Fitbit account.
2. Via third-party sleep tracking apps synced with Google Fit — to connect Flo to Google Fit, tap Menu> Settings > Google Fit > Connect, and follow the instructions. The sleep tracking app transfers data to Google Fit, which Flo then imports.
