Flo 7.0

In Flo 7.0, we’ve added the My Cycles section to the main screen. The new dynamic cycle features will help you track and understand your cycle changes so that you know what’s right for you.

1. ​​Now you can quickly see what your last cycle looked like. And we’ll flag anything in your period or cycle that you should look into. You can also learn more about cycle changes directly in Flo by chatting about them with our virtual Flo Health Assistant. 
2. Our Cycle History feature shows you a quick overview of what your last three cycles looked like, with color-coded durations for your period and fertile window. If you want to look a little further back, with one tap, you can see up to five years’ worth of cycle data.
3. Premium users can also access our new Cycle Trends feature — the ultimate way to visualize how long or short your cycles are. The graph format lets you quickly see which ones fall outside the normal range and whether it’s a one-off or a regular occurrence. 

We’ve also given our Insights tab a bit of love. Now with easy-to-navigate search results, you can access a whole host of courses, videos, and articles developed with our trusted team of 80+ leading health care providers and health experts.
