There are a few reasons why you might get an error message after trying to redeem a promo code. It could mean:
- The code you’re trying to redeem has expired or is not valid anymore: in this case, contact the Customer Support team using the chat widget in the bottom right corner and let us know which code you’ve tried to use – we’ll take a look into it.
- You made a typo - make sure you’ve copied the code across exactly as it appears;
- You already have an active subscription: If you already have a Flo Premium subscription then you’ll see this message: “The promo code can’t be applied to an active subscription” In this case, you won’t be able to use the promo code, but it doesn’t mean you can’t share it with a friend.
