Please note that we do not currently accept FSA/HSA payment cards. To get reimbursed, you’ll need to send your Flo Premium subscription receipt to your plan provider.
This means paying for Flo with any of the standard payment methods available in the app or on the website. After you have received your receipt via email, you can submit it directly to your FSA/HSA provider for a refund.
If you are using an FSA, you must submit your receipt for reimbursement in the same plan year as your receipt date. Some FSA providers may provide a grace period that extends beyond the plan year. Check with your plan provider.
Different providers might have different requirements for reimbursement. If you encounter an issue while getting your reimbursement, you can contact the Flo support team for help.
