There are two ways to use your FSA or HSA funds to pay for a Flo Premium subscription:
1. Pay directly with your FSA/HSA card
You can use your HSA or FSA card to purchase a Flo Premium subscription on our website —just enter it at checkout like you would with any other payment card.
Please note: Even if you have enough funds, some transactions may still be declined depending on your card provider or how your account is set up. If your payment doesn’t go through, you can complete your purchase using a regular credit or debit card and then submit a claim for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA provider.
2. Request reimbursement after purchase
To get reimbursed after using a regular credit/debit card, you’ll need to submit your Flo Premium subscription receipt to your plan provider.
This means paying for Flo with any of the standard payment methods available in the app or on the website. After you have received your receipt via email, you can submit it directly to your FSA/HSA provider for a refund.
If you are using an FSA, you must submit your receipt for reimbursement in the same plan year as your receipt date. Some providers may offer a grace period beyond the plan year — be sure to check the details with your provider.
Different providers might have different requirements for reimbursement. If you encounter an issue while getting your reimbursement, you can contact the Flo support team for help.
