How do I get pregnant?

If you wish to become pregnant, you should be having sex regularly. However, the chance will be higher if you also have sex either close to or during your time of ovulation. In our app, teal days indicate your predicted fertile window – it’s the time when pregnancy is most possible. The day encircled with a teal dotted line is your predicted ovulation day. When ovulation begins, you have the highest possibility of getting pregnant.

Our app calculates the probability of ovulation based on complex algorithms. The more cycle data you enter into our app, the more accurate predictions the app will give you. For better results you can track your basal body temperature (BBT) or log ovulation test results (‘+’ button > More Parameters > Enable Basal Temperature or Ovulation > Save) to help the app recalculate cycle predictions and make them more accurate.

The application also offers additional functionality and plenty of relevant content in Health Insights after you set your goal in the app to Get pregnant. To change the goal, navigate to Menu ( or your avatar) > My goal > Get pregnant. 

It’s also possible to set a reminder of your predicted ovulation day in Menu ( or your avatar) > Reminders. It will help you take full advantage of the fertile time of your cycle.
