If Flo Premium wasn’t what you expected, we want to help you find a solution. Because different payment platforms manage transactions, the refund process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription.
Not sure where you subscribed?
The easiest way to check is to look at your bank statement or search your email inbox for your subscription receipt:
-
Apple App Store:
Your receipt will be from “Apple” and usually lists your Apple Account. -
Flo Website:
Your receipt will be from “Flo Health” or “Stripe”/“PayPal” and was sent to the email address you used to sign up.
If you joined via the Apple App Store
When you subscribe through the App Store, Apple manages your billing information directly. This means that Apple handles all refund requests, and Flo is unable to issue these refunds for you.
How to request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in your web browser.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Find Flo in your list of purchases and tap Report a Problem.
- Select I’d like to request a refund from the menu.
- Enter the details for your request and tap Submit.
If you joined on our website (app.flo.health)
If you purchased your subscription directly from us using a credit card or PayPal, our team can definitely help with that. Please check out this article first: How do I get a refund for a web subscription?
Important to know
- Canceling isn’t a refund: Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund a charge that has already happened.
- Your data is safe: Even if you request a refund, your cycle history and symptoms remain safely stored in the free version of Flo.
