If you’re considering taking a break or moving back to the free version of Flo, we’re here to help you through the process. The steps to cancel depend on whether you signed up on our website (app.flo.health) or through the App Store.
Check your payment method
Before you begin, it’s helpful to know where you purchased your subscription. You can check your bank statement or search your email for a receipt from “Apple” or “Flo Health.”
If you joined via the Apple App Store
Because your payment was handled by Apple, they require you to manage the cancellation within your iPhone or iPad settings. If you are on your device, tap this link to go straight to your list: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Manual steps to access your subscription list on iOS:
- Open the Settings
app on your device.
- Tap your name at the very top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Flo in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.

If you joined on our website (app.flo.health)
If you purchased your subscription directly from us using a credit card or PayPal, you can change your plan through your web browser:
- Visit our website and log in to your account.
- Tap your Profile icon.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
Important to know
- Your data is safe: Your data will not be deleted if you cancel your subscription. You can continue using the free version of Flo.
- Avoid extra charges: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- Refund requests: Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you have already been charged, please check out the How can I get a refund? (iOS) article for the specific steps required by Apple or Flo.
