To request a refund for a Google Play subscription, follow these steps:
1. Confirm your purchase source
Check your email for your digital receipt. If the subscription was made through Google, the receipt will explicitly mention Google Play.
2. Find your Transaction ID
We need your order number (transaction ID) to process your request. If you cannot find your email receipt, you can get it online:
- Visit pay.google.com and sign in to your Google account.
- Tap Subscriptions and services on the left.
- Tap Manage > View transactions.
- Select the Flo order to see your receipt.
- Copy the ID, formatted like this: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX.

3. Contact our Support team
Once you have your ID, tap the Contact us button at the bottom left corner of this page to submit your refund request. Please provide:
- Your account email address
- Your transaction ID (or a screenshot of the receipt)
