How can I redeem a Gift Code?

You can redeem your code on our official page: https://promo.flo.health/redeem (or directly via your personal gift link).

Follow these steps:

1. Enter your gift code and tap Redeem.
2. Confirm your birth year and select your health goal.
3. Review and accept Flo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
4. Create an account or log in using the same login method you used to register your Flo account. 
5. Once confirmed, your Flo Premium will be automatically activated.
6. Download or open the Flo app to start using your Premium features.
