There are 2 ways to enroll in a Flo Premium subscription: through our mobile app or via our website (app.flo.health). If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, follow the steps below to request a refund.

These steps are only for subscriptions purchased on the Flo website (look for “Flo Health” or “Stripe”/“PayPal” on your receipt). If you subscribed via Apple or Google, please follow the instructions in the following articles:
Prepare your information
To help our team process your request quickly, please have the following ready:
- The specific email address you used to register at app.flo.health
- If available, a copy of your receipt sent by Flo Health when you subscribed

Please locate the Contact us button in the bottom left corner of the screen and submit your request, ensuring you include the email address associated with your Flo Premium account and attach your receipt (if available). Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to assist with your refund.
