There are two different ways you can subscribe to a Flo Premium subscription: in our app and on our website, app.flo.health. If you’ve purchased a Flo Premium subscription on our website, you can cancel your subscription by:
- Clicking the link.
- On the log-in page, use the same email and password you used when you created your account on our website.
- After logging in, tap Cancel — and then Cancel plan.
If you bought a Flo Premium subscription on our website and used PayPal as your payment method, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Tap Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Payments and tap Pre-approved payments.
- Select your Flo payment and tap Cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
