There are two different ways you can subscribe to a Flo Premium subscription: in our app and on our website, app.flo.health. If you’ve purchased a Flo Premium subscription on our website, here’s how you can cancel your subscription:
- Open Flo > Menu (your avatar) > click on your profile card > scroll down to tap the Manage Subscription button. If the button doesn’t appear for you, you can access the subscription manager on our website.
- On the login page, use the same email and password you used when you created your account on our website, or proceed with the “Continue with Google/Apple” option.
- After logging in, tap Cancel — and then Cancel plan.
If you bought a Flo Premium subscription on our website and used PayPal as your payment method, you can cancel by following these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Tap Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
- Go to the Payments tab > Automatic Payments.
- Select your Flo payment and tap Cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
