If you notice that any symptoms or events that you’ve logged have moved to a different day, it’s most likely due to traveling or daylight saving time.
Change of time zones while traveling
Traveling to a different time zone can shift your logged data by one to two days. Once you return to your original time zone, all of your data will return to its original state.
Daylight saving time (DST)
If the country you live in observes a seasonal time change, it might affect your calendar around the time of the switch. If you have noticed the issue shortly after the DST change, this might be the reason.
To fix this issue, you will need to reinstall the Flo app. For that, we recommend the following:
- Register your account:* Menu (your profile picture) > Profile > Continue. This step is important to ensure you can restore your data later.
- Reinstall the app.
- Log in to your account via the Log In button, and monitor the situation for a couple of days.
*If you do not register your account before uninstalling the app, your logged health data might be permanently lost and won’t be recovered.
If the issue persists after a few days of troubleshooting, please use the “Contact us” button in the bottom-left corner of this page to submit a request.
