Your partner can better understand your cycle, symptoms, and overall well-being with the Flo for Partners feature. Setting it up takes less than 2 minutes.
Important: You must be at least 18 years old (20 years old in South Korea) to use Flo for Partners.
Step 1: Preparation (for the one sharing their data)
- Open the Flo app and navigate to the Partner tab at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the Link your partner button.
- The app will generate a unique pairing code. Send this message to your partner.
Step 2: Setup (for the partner)
- Download the Flo app.
- Select the I am a partner option or follow the prompt in the message.
- Enter the pairing code your partner provided.
All set! Your accounts are now linked! You will see a confirmation in your Partner tab.
If there’s no place to enter the code, it means your partner either created a primary user account or is under 18 (under 20 in South Korea).
