We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties restoring your partner account connection, and we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Ask your partner to go to the Partner tab and tap “Stop sharing.”
- After this, they need to generate a new code in the same tab by tapping the “Link your partner” button.
- Once you get a new code, please open Flo and enter it on the welcome screen.
If you wish to register your account with the same email address you’ve used before or experience another issue during account registration, do not hesitate to contact Flo support, and we’ll gladly help you.
