To enable data sync in Android, please follow these steps:
- Open Flo > Menu (your avatar) > select App settings > select “Health Connect” > enable it.
- Please note that Health Connect is part of the Android system; therefore, you’ll have to access it in your phone’s Settings > Apps > Health Connect.
- Open Health Connect > select App permissions > Flo > enable “Allow all.”
Even though the data between Flo and Health Connect is synced, this does not mean that it will be automatically transferred to other health and fitness apps, such as Google Fit, Samsung Health, or Fitbit. For example, if specific health data is logged in Google Fit, this information will be sent to Health Connect, but it will not be reflected in Flo.
