I have forgotten my code. How do I reset it?

If you have been using the Flo app in Anonymous Mode or without registering, then there is, unfortunately, no way to reset your access code. In this case, you’ll need to start from the beginning and register your account. You can do this by selecting Menu (your avatar) > Profile card > Continue. After you register your new account, you’ll be able to reset the code at any time.

If you use Flo on Android and your account is linked to an email address, please tap “Forgot your code?” If your account is linked to a Google account, we recommend reinstalling the app.

If you use Flo on iOS, please enable Face ID recognition for Flo so you can access the app after forgetting the code.
