How do I turn off notifications from Flo?

Notifications for periods, ovulation, contraception, medication, and lifestyle can be managed in Menu ( or your avatar) > Reminders. 

Daily notifications of new content, features, and promo offers can be turned off by disabling all notifications from Flo in the device settings, not in the app. To do that, please navigate to Settings > Notifications > Flo > Allow notifications > Disable. After this, you’ll stop receiving any notifications from Flo.
