If you already have a registered account (linked to an email address), please do the following:
- Open Flo > Menu
> Profile (this is an additional step for Android users) > Log out > Choose Yes.
- Tap Sign In & Restore Data at the very bottom and enter your registered email and password. If you don’t remember the password, tap Forgot your password? and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
If your email address is not recognized, it might be that you have been using the app anonymously. If this is the case, unfortunately, there’s no way to restore your data, and you’ll need to start from the beginning and register your account: Menu > Profile (the step for Android users) > Continue. After you register your new account, you’ll be able to restore your data in the future if your device is changed, lost, damaged, or reset.
