I can’t verify my email

If you’re trying to verify your email and keep getting the same error, try doing this to fix this issue quickly:

Go to Menu (your profile picture) > View profile > Account details > Your email. Check the way your email address is written: For successful verification, no capital letters should be used. Our system is case-sensitive, so it will prevent you from verifying your email if you type it incorrectly. After you adjust your email, the verification process should go smoothly.
