Have you logged out of your Flo account or logged in on another device, and now you can’t see your information? Fear not. It’s easy to restore your account. All you need to do is tap the Log in button when you open Flo and sign in using the same method you used to register your account.
You’ll see 3 options:
- Continue with email.
- Continue with Apple (iOS users only).
- Continue with Google.
Important: In Flo, your sign-in option defines your account. Using Google, Apple, or email creates separate profiles, even with the same email address. If you logged in and your calendar is empty, you’re likely using the wrong method. Simply log out and sign in using your original registration method.
Restoring your account via Continue with email:
If you originally signed up to Flo using your email address, tap Log in and select Continue with email. Enter your registered email and password. If you don’t remember your password, tap Forgot your password? and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
Restoring your account via Continue with Apple/Google:
If you logged in to Flo using Apple or Google, tap Log in and choose Continue with Apple/Google. You can then follow the instructions from there.
If you’ve logged back in to your account, but it doesn’t look like it normally does, then this could be because of a few things:
- You registered your account using a different registration method (email/Apple/Google). Please log out and try to log in using another method.
- You registered your account using a different email address. Please log out and try to log in using another address.
- You enabled Anonymous Mode or haven’t registered your account. If that’s the case, it won’t be possible to restore your data. We suggest you continue using your new account and make sure that it’s registered. Registering your account will guarantee that you’ll be able to restore your data in the future.
