There are two ways you can enroll in a Flo Premium subscription — in our app and at our website, app.flo.health.
If you’ve purchased a Premium subscription on our website — app.flo.health — and used PayPal as your payment method, please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Tap Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Payments and tap Pre-approved payments.
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and tap Cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
If you’ve purchased a Premium subscription at app.flo.health and used another payment method, please send your request to cancel your subscription to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the email you used to register your account at app.flo.health. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
