If you purchased your subscription directly on our website (app.flo.health), you can manage your plan at any time through the Flo app or your web browser.
Confirm your payment method
These steps are only for subscriptions purchased on the Flo website (look for “Flo Health” or “Stripe” on your receipt). If you subscribed via Apple or Google, please follow the instructions in the following articles:
Cancel in the Flo app
The easiest way to manage your web subscription is through the Subscription Hub:
- Open Flo and tap your Profile icon (top left).
- Tap the See your Premium benefits cell to enter the Hub.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
Cancel on the Flo website
If you don’t have the app installed, you can cancel using a browser:
- Visit our website and log in.
- Tap your Profile icon.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
How to contact us for a cancellation
- Locate your receipt: Find the confirmation email sent by Flo Health after you subscribed.
- Verify your details: Note the specific email address you used to purchase the subscription.
- Contact our Support team: Please contact our support team using the Contact us button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. To help us process your request faster, please include the email address associated with your Flo Premium subscription and attach a copy of your receipt (if available).
