There are two ways of getting your step data into Flo, and they’re very simple:
Via Health app (for iOS devices)
If your fitness-tracking apps can be synced with the Health app, then your step data can be transferred to Flo. Check the settings of your step-counting tracker (e.g., fitness tracker, smartwatch, etc.) to see if it can be connected to the Health app, and if so, activate the connection. You’ll then need to connect Flo to Health: Menu (your avatar) > Settings > the Health app > Connect and follow the instructions.
Via Health Connect (for Android devices)
Flo accesses step data via Health Connect. To enable the sync between Flo and Health Connect, navigate to Menu (your avatar) > Settings > Health Connect > Enable. Once you are transferred to Health Connect, enable Step tracking.
