There are different ways of getting your step data into Flo:
- From your device directly, through a built-in pedometer (both for Android and iOS devices)
iOS:
When you start using Flo, it will ask your permission to track steps. If you allow tracking, your steps will be logged automatically.
Android:
If there is a built-in pedometer in your device, you can enable the step tracking in Flo in Menu ( or your avatar)> Settings > Activate pedometer.
- Through the Health app (for iOS devices)
If your fitness tracking apps can be synced with the Health app, then your step data can be transferred to Flo. Check your tracker settings to see if it can be connected to the Health app, and if so, activate the connection. You’ll then need to connect Flo to Health: Menu ( or your avatar) > Settings > the Health app > Connect and follow the instructions. - Through the Fitbit (both for Android and iOS devices)
Flo can be connected to Fitbit via Menu ( or your avatar) > Settings > Enable Fitbit (enable it). After that, you’ll be automatically transferred to Fitbit’s website, where you’ll need to log into your Fitbit account.
You can check your daily steps in the calendar by tapping the specific day or in the graph (Menu ( or your avatar)> Graphs and Reports).
