Reminders aren’t working on my Huawei device

If you have Android 8 or a newer version:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Launch
4. Find Flo and disable the option Manage automatically for it (the options Autolaunch, Secondary launch, and Run in background should be enabled).

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

If you have Android 7 or 7.1:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Close apps after screen lock.
4. Find Flo and disable it.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

For older versions:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Advanced settings.
3. Go to  Battery Manager.
4. Go to Protected Apps.
5. Check the box for Flo, so that it becomes Protected.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
