If you have Android 8 or a newer version:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Battery optimization.
- Tap the downward icon and choose All apps.
- Find Flo.
- Choose Don't optimize.
- After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
If you have Android 7 or 7.1:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Permissions.
- Autostart.
- Enable it for Flo.
- Go back to Settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Manage Apps’ battery usage.
- Choose Apps.
- Find Flo.
- Select No restrictions.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
For Android 6 and 6.1:
- Open your phone’s settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Choose Apps.
- Find Flo.
- Choose No restrictions.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
For older versions:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to System apps.
- Go to Security.
- Go to Permissions.
- Go to Autostart.
- Check the box for Flo.
The path to Autostart can differ depending on the device you are using.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
