You can change the email address connected to your Flo account in the app by following these simple steps:
- Select the Menu or your avatar
- Click your profile card
- Select account details
- Change your email.
In the email textbox, you should be able to enter your new email address and confirm it by entering your password.
If you follow these steps and see the message “You’re signed in with your Google / Apple account”, you won’t be able to update the email yourself. In this case, please contact our Support team by following this link - we will help you out!
