When you create a Flo account, you will be asked to select your month and year of birth. Once you’ve created your account, your age won’t be visible on your profile, but it will affect any features that you receive in the app.*
If you’ve selected the wrong year or month, here’s how you can change it inside the app. Please tap:
- Menu (your avatar).
- Profile card.
- Account details.
- Birth month and year.
There, you will be able to enter your corrected birth data and confirm it by entering your password.
*Our services are subject to age policies. Please note that you need to be at least 13 to use Flo (16 in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada), and certain app functions are limited to users who are younger than 18.
