How can I change my age in the app?

When you create a Flo account, you will be asked to select your year of birth.  Once you’ve created your account, your age won’t be visible on your profile. 

If you’ve selected the wrong year, please submit a request here to our Support team. We’d be happy to review your request.

Please note that you need to be at least 13 to use Flo (16 for EU, UK, and Canada), and certain app functions are limited to users who are younger than 18.
