It’s possible to change the password if the account is registered via the Continue with email option. To make sure that your account is registered, open Flo > Profile and check that the correct email address is added to your profile.
To change the password to a registered account, follow the steps:
- Open Flo > Menu ( or your avatar) > Profile > Log out > Tap Yes.
- Select Log In - Continue with email, enter your email address and tap “Forgot your password?” to reset it.
