How do I get a copy of my data?

We can provide a copy of your Flo data in 2 different formats depending on your needs.

Data formats

• TXT file: plain text that is easy for you to read and review
• JSON file: machine-readable data (digital values only) — best for transferring your data to another app

Important to know

• If you’ve logged out of your Flo account and want to restore your data to keep using Flo, please read this article: How can I sign in and restore my data?
• These files contain raw data and may not be helpful for sharing with your doctor.

How to request your data

1. Open Flo.
2. Tap your avatar (Menu).
3. Tap Help.
4. Scroll down and tap Contact us.
5. Message us and leave your data export request.

Using Anonymous Mode? 

You must register your account first to export data: Tap your avatar > Profile (additional step for Android users) > Continue.
