Reminders aren’t working on my Sony device

Let’s try to fix this issue:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Power-saving exceptions > OK.
4. Choose Flo and disable Power-saving.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
