How can I delete my account?

If you are looking for more privacy, you might not need to delete your account. Consider Anonymous Mode first.

Try Anonymous Mode

This award-winning technology allows you to use Flo without your name, email, or technical identifiers being linked to your health data.

To switch to Anonymous mode: Tap your avatar > Profile > Switch to Anonymous Mode.

How to delete your account

If you wish to proceed with the account deletion, follow these 3 steps. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed.

1. Open Flo and tap your avatar (Menu).
2. Tap Privacy settings.
3. Tap Delete account and follow the instructions.

Important to know
