If you have Android 8 or a newer version:
- Open your phone’s settings.
- Go to Device Maintenance.
- Go to Battery.
- Go to Unmonitored apps.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Add Apps.
- Choose Flo.
- Click Done.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
If you have Android 7 or 7.1:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Find Flo.
- Go to Permissions.
- Enable Set as Priority.
- Go back to Settings.
- Go to Device Maintenance.
- Go to Battery.
- Go to Unmonitored apps.
- Add Apps.
- Choose Flo.
- Click Done.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
For Android 6 and 6.1:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Go to App Power Saving.
- Tap Detail.
- Find Flo.
- Disable App power saving for Flo.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
For older versions:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Go to App Optimization.
- Click Detail.
- Find Flo.
- Turn off optimization for Flo.
After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
