Reminders aren’t working on my Samsung device

If you have Android 8 or a newer version:

1. Open your phone’s settings.
2. Go to Device Maintenance.
3. Go to Battery.
4. Go to Unmonitored apps.
5. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
6. Add Apps.
7. Choose Flo.
8. Click Done.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

If you have Android 7 or 7.1:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Find Flo.
4. Go to Permissions.
5. Enable Set as Priority.
6. Go back to Settings.
7. Go to Device Maintenance.
8. Go to Battery.
9. Go to Unmonitored apps.
10. Add Apps.
11. Choose Flo.
12. Click Done.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

For Android 6 and 6.1:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Go to App Power Saving.
4. Tap Detail.
5. Find Flo.
6. Disable App power saving for Flo.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.

For older versions:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.
2. Go to Battery.
3. Go to App Optimization.
4. Click Detail.
5. Find Flo.
6. Turn off optimization for Flo.

After that, remove Flo from the phone memory (open apps) and restart.
