It’s possible to change the password if the account is registered. To make sure that your account is registered, open Flo > Profile and check that the correct email address is added to your profile.
To change the password to a registered account, follow the steps:
- Open Flo > Menu > Profile > Log out > Tap Yes.
- Select Sign In & Restore Data, enter your email address and tap “Forgot your password?” to reset it.
