We can export your Flo data on our side to a portable format file (JSON) that contains a list of digital values without any graphical information. This type of file can be useful if you want to import it into another application that supports this feature. However, if you want to provide this information to your doctor, it may not be very helpful.
To export your data, open Flo > Menu > Help > Contact us or Flo > Menu > Contact Support and leave the export data request. Please don’t delete any information automatically added to your message and make sure that the email you're contacting us from matches the email linked to your registered Flo account.
If you’re using Flo anonymously, register your account first: Menu > Profile (this is an additional step for Android users) > Continue.
