When you create an account in Flo, you select your year of birth. After the account is created, your age isn’t visible in your profile. If you’ve chosen the wrong year, please tap the Contact us button at the bottom of the page and send your request to our Support team. We’d be happy to change the age in your account on our side.
Please note that you need to be at least 13 to use Flo (16 for EU residents). We don’t allow people to use the app if they are younger than 13 (16 for EU residents), and some of the app functions may be limited to users that are younger than 18.
