There are two ways to reset a Flo account:
1. If you would like to start from scratch, you can log out in Menu > Profile > Log out and log in as a new user.
2. We can delete the current account on our side if you would like to use the same email for a new one. To request account deletion, please send your email directly from the app: Menu > Contact Support. We kindly ask you not to delete any information automatically added to your email, it will help us verify your identity as the owner of the account. Please make sure that the email you're contacting us from matches the email tied to your registered Flo account.
