When you open Flo, you’ll see information about your current cycle day, the chance of getting pregnant, your logged symptoms, and your tailored daily plans presented as stories.
We recently expanded the functionality of the main screen and made it scrollable. On the scrollable main screen, you can find information about your periods and cycles under the My cycles block. If you scroll down and you don’t have enough cycles logged in the app, you’ll see a message that suggests logging more cycles.
If there are enough cycles in the account, you will see information about whether your cycles and periods are normal and regular according to guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
According to ACOG, cycles are considered normal if their length is 21–35 days. Normal period length is 2–7 days. Cycles are considered regular when the difference between the longest and the shortest cycle is 7 days or less. You can get more information about why your cycle is considered normal or abnormal according to ACOG’s standards by tapping the “i” button in the widget.
If you want to find more information about your cycle, you can start the cycle report dialogue with Flo Health Assistant.
When we released new features, we had to remove some symptom and event icons (steps, distance, note, and temperature icons) from the main screen, but they can still be found in the calendar by tapping the specific day or in your graphs (Menu (your avatar) > Graphs & reports).
